Roof insulation protects the roof from rainwater leaks and from the sun's heat. - Gives a price per m² without seeing or measuring the roof.
- The quote leaves out the foam thickness or the type of top coat.
- Sprays foam over damaged old insulation or onto a wet roof without preparation.
- Promises a long warranty verbally but refuses to put it in writing.
Permits and rules
Roof insulation has no service-specific licence that a customer needs to ask for. Ask for a valid commercial registration that matches the service, and a written quote before work starts.
